Choosing coals for my Shisha Pipe
When you are selecting both the hookah tobacco or molasses as well as the charcoal screens and the charcoal itself that you will be using on your hookah, you should look for the best possible quality in each of them. Otherwise, your experience smoking the hookah will be less than adequate and, furthermore, using the wrong quality can cause you health related problems.
There are two general types of hookah coals that you can use on your hookah pipe: natural or manufactured, each one of these will come in a foil presentation inside a box that will let you know that the charcoal is intended for the use of the hookah pipe. Though round briquettes of charcoal can also be found for use with incense burners, you should never attempt to use such charcoal on your hookah pipe nor use bbq charcoal briquettes.
Hookah users differ somewhat in the adequate type of charcoal to use, some prefer to use natural charcoal while others prefer to use manufactured one; naturally, each one of the different types of charcoal will provide a slightly different perception of the hookah tobacco or molasses. The only way to define what type of charcoal do you prefer is to try each one.
